I didn't get the name of this piece, but I checked the artist through the Gate and helped place him through the Artery.

Very cool tower (one of 2 to be built) by the great Quintini (I think that's how he spells it) who I met a few years ago making other structures of playa mud.

Part of a firery art piece by friend Bob Bonefire and a couple other folks. Bob has been showing people how to make percusive flame throwers for several years, and this is a nice artistic departure for him.

The truck arrived and to get the ball out, some stuff will need to be moved!

Mark (whose campmates brought the truck) didn't want to move the four 400+LB containers of water they had loaded right in front of the truck doors, so we spent a lot of time trying to lift the ball over them.

Eventually, it was just too hard to move the ball out without moving the water. It helped a lot!

When it looked like the clamps holding the ball up might slip before we could lower it to the ground, I moved a coule of struts they had nearby to be the landing pad for the ball. It made it easier to get it to the ground without damage.
